The 10th Annual Whitefish Friends and Family Fun Run/Walk will be held on August 25, 2012 and will start at 9:00 AM.  This family oriented event features a 10K run, 5K run/walk and a 1 mile family walk and is perfect for all ages and abilities.

In 2011 we had participants ranging in age from 1 year old to 80 years young and came from as far east as Connecticut and as far north as Alaska.

This event is put on by the Flathead Performance Youth Foundation in association with Northwest Orthopedics and Sports Medicine.  All proceeds from this event benefit the Child Development Center in Kalispell and the Shepherd's Hand Clinic in Whitefish.

Race packets will be available for pick up on August 23rd and 24th at SPORT Center from 8 AM - 6 PM or on the morning of the run from 7:30 - 8:30 AM.  Day of race registrations will be taken on the morning of the race from 7:30 AM until 8:45 AM.  Registration will close at 8:45AM to ensure a timely start.

Competitive Timing will be providing the timing services for this event. There will be prizes for the men's and women's overall winners of the 5 and 10K distances.  There will also be a post race raffle of prizes donated by local businesses for all that are present.

Please note that shirt size will only be guaranteed for those that have registered on or before August 13th.  Late registrations will be accommodated on a first registered, first received basis.  Registration fees are non-refundable.
